Advocacy of the value and relevance of international standards such as ISO

Starting from understanding the proposed standard / international rule as a basis for assessing whether change is needed.

Providing secretariat support for engaging bodies related to international standards such as ISO

New standards / international rules have their own international policy making bodies. We support the creation of matching governance bodies as well as delegated meeting attendance if required.

Painless implementation of international standards such as ISO

Relieving the pain of adapting to the new standard / international rule as friction is natural. Minimum friction is the path to adoption.

Preparing an interim organization that can bridge public policy objectives and private sector practitioners in adopting international standards.

Recruiting volunteers from the wider society and training the volunteers

Our activities are resourced by “Time” volunteered through the pro bono work of professionals with experience and insights not limited to the financial sector and IT.

Currently the following volunteer positions and functional areas are open ( Last Updated:March 1, 2025 )

  1. Support for running a Japanese  general incorporated association such as in areas of legal, accounting and tax.
  2. Support for our website design, build out and maintenance including backstop operations
  3. Support for establishing appropriate IT infrastructure with required security and resilience
  4. Support for modeling methods such as UML and the use of knowledge graphs
  5. Support in schema generation and validation rules using XML, ASN.1, JSON as an initial set of syntaxes.

Training and Consulting

In order to adopt new standards / international rules, we start from counseling and provide organizational support required for the transition through training and consulting services.
